Your intention
At the beginning of your process, we work together to find out what you want to change. This is not just about a short-term goal, but about something that you really want to develop in your life.
You may also feel that you are stuck in certain patterns - whether through physical tension, pain, emotional numbness, stagnant feelings, thought loops or repetitive situations.
You will learn to better perceive and understand your body signals, change your emotional response and release deep-seated tensions.

Grinberg Methode®
The Grinberg Method helps you to recognize and dissolve unconscious tensions and blockages in your body. The aim is to learn a different way of dealing with fear and pain, because these are often the reasons why we developed patterns at a young age - because a situation or life circumstances were too frightening or too painful.
These patterns need to be understood, felt and finally dissolved in order to bring the body back into a state of lightness and presence, into the here and now. In a session, we work with targeted touch and the breath to draw your attention to the areas that contain blockages or tension.
Together we release these so that you can get back into your natural flow - be it physical, emotional or mental. I also support you in the online format with tailored instructions to sharpen your body awareness and create more space for change.

Somatic Experiencing®
Somatic Experiencing helps you to strengthen the connection between body and mind and to release automatic reactions to traumatic or stressful experiences.
The focus lies on perceiving and dissolving stress reactions that are stored in the body. We work with your body perceptions, emotions, thoughts, inner images, slow, mindful movements and breathing to set the natural healing process in motion.

how an on-site session works
The first session is preceded by a 30-minute analysis to find out what is really at the heart of your concerns and what your long-term goal is for the entire process. We then start directly with the first session.
All subsequent sessions last around 60 minutes and we usually start with a brief review - what has changed, what you have noticed since the last session and what the issue is today. The session usually takes place lying down, on your stomach or back, but you may also sit or stand.
Afterwards, I will give you a few minutes to rest, integrate what you have experienced, allow your body to continue working and slowly return to the here and now. Afterwards, we will look together at what has changed and how you feel now.

HOW AN ONLINE SESSION WORKS
We meet online via video so that I can see your face and a large part of your upper body.
Together we will look at your current concerns and how they show in the body – and which emotions the physical reaction might conceal. Through my verbal guidance and your guided perception we address what comes up. At the end of the session, we will look at how you are feeling now and what has already changed in you with regard to your issue.
It is helpful if you are in a quiet place - in a room where you feel comfortable and can be undisturbed.

personal experiences are stored in it. If they are not completed and processed, the accumulated

Proven structures for your successful process

weekly
Regular individual sessions - a continuous process of change. If desired, supplemented by Individual body and awareness exercises for your everyday life.

Intensives
One session per day over 3 to 6 days - ideal for focused work on a specific issue. We agree on a suitable time slot and meet at a beautiful location so that you can delve deep into your topic during these days and transform it without everyday distractions and stress (Recommendation: you live in your own van or rent a vacation apartment during this time).

Follow-up
After the on-site sessions, you have the opportunity to receive further support from me online to integrate your process in depth and continue to work on the topic. This support gives you the space to implement what you have learned in your everyday life and to further strengthen the selfawareness that you have developed in the sessions. In this way, you can continue to have the experience of having the space to integrate the new into your life without having to make the transition alone.

Price and advice
You or the circumstances decide whether we meet OnLine or OnEarth. meet.
In the first session, we take about 90 minutes to identify your concerns clearly and to define a goal together in order to then start directly with the first session - the first 30 minutes are on me.
All subsequent sessions take 60 minutes each.
Price
80 euros per 60-minute individual session.
40 euros reduced (if money is really tight for you at the moment).
Payment
Cash or via PayPal - directly on site or by bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise I will charge the full price, unless I can reschedule the appointment at short notice - in this case I will only charge a cancellation fee of 20 euros.
If you have to cancel your booked intensive block, please let me know as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks before the start date, 14 - 7 days before the start I will charge 50% and less than one week before the total amount of all sessions agreed for this period.

Is my approach right for you?
My offer is right for you if you are ready to actively work on your change, to face your truth and to try out new paths. It is not a relaxing wellness experience or therapy - I do not make diagnoses. I see myself as a companion who supports you in discovering your own power, taking responsibility and creating space for transformation and self-healing. You walk the path yourself.
How do we find out what you need?

How are aims achieved in the sessions?
In the sessions, you will learn to increase your awareness and energy levels - through touch, breath work, questions and conversations. Your breathing becomes more free, your body more relaxed and your mind calmer. This allows you to recognize and release patterns of protection and stagnation. This creates space for new experiences, processes old emotions and gives you energy for your recovery or your goals. If you wish, you can also receive exercises that you can continue at home to integrate the changes into your everyday life.
What should you consider before and after a session?
In order to make the process as effective as possible, please let me know of any changes in your condition. Avoid large meals two hours before the session to avoid stressing your body. Plan some time for yourself after the session so that you can let what you have experienced sink in and integrate it. Don't just see your goal as something to be achieved, but rather as a possibility to grow, and learn something new.
What is a process?
Several consecutive sessions with the same aim are referred to as a process. Once the aim has been achieved, the process can be completed.
How long does a process take?
The duration depends on your issue, the duration of your complaints and your active cooperation. You will often notice the first changes after about four regular sessions. Each process is individual and you can end it at any time. I also reserve the right to end the process if I realize that I cannot offer you the support you need.
What should you bring with you for a successful process?
Bring curiosity, courage and the willingness to engage in a profound change. Openness is important in order to explore new spaces and rediscover yourself. Make sure you have enough time, energy and financial resources to fully engage in the process to enable sustainable change at your own pace. How does an online session work?

What do I not do and what do I not offer?
I am not a therapist, doctor or alternative practitioner and do not make diagnoses. My work is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatments. I do not offer wellness, relaxation massages or short-term "cures". My focus is on somatic coaching, where I support you in recognizing and releasing unconscious patterns, blockages and stress reactions. It's about supporting your self-awareness, healing and empowerment so that you can develop your full potential. If you need medical or therapeutic help, please contact the appropriate professionals.
